PU adhesive WA-29L has the following characteristics:

1. High crystallization, high initial bonding strength.
2. It is applied for many materials, such as natural leather,
synthetic leather, sponge and cloth etc.


PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
1. Appearance: Milky white dispersion
2. Component: Water-base PU
3. Solid Content: 40 ± 2 %
4. Viscosity: 800 ~ 1000cps(25,LVT)
5. Shelf Life: 6 months

 

USAGE
Apply cement on the surface of shoe materials, then drying at
the room temperature for 2~3 minutes , finally assembling
and pressing.


Notice
1. Storage temperature above 40 must be avoided.
2. WA-29L is sensitive to frost, it should not be kept at

   temperature lower then 5oC..Cement after frozen is
   irreversible.
3. The container must be properly sealed, the film resulting
from water evaporation could not be redispersed.
