APPLICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS:

3. High initial and final bonding strength. It has long tack retention time.
4. It is widely applied for all materials of shoe-making industry.
Such as EVA sponge, PVC leather, TPR, Leather, RB etc.

1. Appearance:Pale yellow viscous liquid
2. Main Component:CR grafted copolymer
3. Solid Content:24 ± 2%
4. Viscosity:2800 - 3300 cps (25℃, LVT)
5. Shelf Life:6 months
PROCESS:
1. Formulation ratio (by weight)
No.793 100 (glue)
No.1071 (or RFE) 3-5 (hardener)
2. Bonding process :
Apply cement on the surface of shoe materials, drying at room temperature for
10-30 minutes or 55-60℃×3’-4’, then attaching and pressing.
