T-UR049 is solvent-free moisture curing PU adhesive.
T-UR049 can be used at room temperature for binding wood composition board,
and products have properties as mentioned below:
1. Great curing speed.
2. Great bonding strength.
3. Great hydrolysis resistance.
4. Great weather resistance.
5. Great chemical resistance
Specification:
1. Composition: Polyurethane pre-polymer
2. Appearance:Brown liquid
3. Solid content:100%
4. Viscosity:4000 ~ 7000 cps(25℃)
5. Shelf life:6 months
Operation:
1. After coating on the wood’s surface, then lamination stick with rollers.
2. Pressing the wood/wood at room temperature about 100mins approximately, and
initial binding strength can be obtained.
Notice:
1. T-UR049 must be stored in the iron can and kept tightly to avoid moisture
entering.
2. T-UR049 should be stored at temperature between 10℃~40℃ and
well-ventilating place.
