1. What is your payment term?
Our payment term is 30% deposit against Performa Invoice, and balance is T/T before shipment.
2. Why it have to be deposit?
Most of our packaging products are custom made will special design and color and printing, if by any chance you cancel the order, those products can not sell to anybody else.
3. Do you offer free samples?
Stock samples: samples free.
Special sampling: $50 per item for sampling cost, and we will offer15 to 20pcs samples for testing. Once business order is placed, we will return back the sampling cost against PI.
4. What is the usual process to doing packaging business with your company?
Artwork approval --- sampling ---samples approval --- production
5. How long samples can be done?
Usually it takes 15 days for sampling after artwork gets final approval.
6. How will my product packed during shipping, is it safe during long way shipping?
We pack them layer by layer and with standard export cartons with required shipping marked, it will be steady and save. See how we pack below:
