1)Do you offer the free samples,how can we get the samples?

Yes,we are glad to offer the free samples to you, by freight collect. And we accept the OEM sampling for your test our pruduct quality. We can shipped the samples to you by the DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT.,etc,or you can call your local express company to pick up the goods from our office or our warehouse in Shenzhen.

2)How do you control the tube quality before shipping the bottles to us?

We will arrange pre-production sample for customer approval. After get the comfirmation notice we will arrange mass production same as approval sample. When the production finished our QC department will arrange inspection before shipment.

3)For the broken or dented tube,how do you settle it for us? 

We will have the 1:1 replacement for the defective bottles we sent to you.

4)Can we do printing on the tube?

Of course,we can make within 6 color OEM printing as your artwork.

5)How can we place an order?

After quotation, we will make preform invoice to you. Once get the deposit and artwork designs we will arrange pre-production sample for your test and approval. Then we will prepare for mass production. Before production finish we will inform you and arrange shipment with your forward company.
