How to Use: Under normal circumstances most of the material will be analyzed and used to bake saggar made from different materials within the system first and then placed into the crucible or analysis or fired for heating equipment.
Our melting glass crucibles are made from over 99.9 percent pure quartz crystal, a naturally occurring element. The crystal is placed in a mold and heated up to 4000 degrees. While similar to glass, they are comprised of a much higher pure quartz substance.
According to the speed and heating equipment and temperature characteristics of the product with drawal, some are faster and some are slower.
