Horizontal ribbon mixer :

B. General Introduction:
Ribbon mixer is characterized by high mixing precision, and wide application to food, chemical industries, and building lines. The major sections of a mixer are barrel, ribbon agitators, feeding ports, discharging port and driven unit!!
Double ribbon mixer drive the material from two ends to centre through the help of the outer ribbon, while the inner ribbon push the material from centre to two ends, thus, material achieve a high mixing effect at short time!
Our ribbon mixer can be equipped with heating or cooling jacket if temperature control is required. Besides, all of our powder mixer can tolerate about 10% liquid additives! We will add spraying or atomizing unit inside the tank!

G: mixers need to be customized according to the different cases, the cases are as below:
1. Agglomerated material larger than 5mm is contained in the raw material
2. Bulk density of the raw material bigger than 3kg/l
3. Materials that are easy to get damp and not allowed to be exposed to the atmosphere, the mixer need to be vacuumized or negative pressure
4. Fill compressed air to the mixer barrel, and keep the pressure
5. Material with a large friction coefficient, mixer need to do a special Wear-resistant surface treatment
6. Material is not allowed to contact with the metal surface during mixing process
7. Mixer need to be heated up to 200 Celsius degree
8. Heavy duty (loading material into mixer before turning on it) is required.

FAQ
Which payment terms can we accept? |
1. Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C.
2. On T/T term,30% down payment is required in advance. And 70% balance shall be settled before shipment.
3. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without soft clauses can be accepted. Please seek the advice form the individual sales manager whom you work with.
Which incoterms 2010 terms can we work? |

Delivery time |
Normally, our delivery time is 45 days after we receive the deposit. If the order is big, we need to extend the delivery time.

We can ship construction machinery by various transportation tools.
Normally, we will go by sea, to main continents, for light spare parts in urgent demand, we can ship it by international courier service. Such as DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx.
Warranty time |
We ensure one year warranty, lift-long service and provides technical support free of charge within or after warranty. Within the warranty period, we provide repair services for free. After the warranty period, we only charge cost of the required materials.
