Product Overview
Yubang 6th generation CNC Router jade and other gem carving machinery (YB3040*) is one of the best jade and other gemstones carving machineries and has gained high reputation internationally. With the improvement of its stability, power, resolution etc, our product is professional in the field of jade and other gemstones engraving. In addition, we have many technical supports including professional training; regular database updating; supportive maintenance and services.
Special Features
1: Rectangular shape with curved edges makes our product prettier from outside
2:Intelligent remainder function: automatic alarm calls whenever manufacturing process finishes, less “free times” wasted
3:Additional asbestos insulation board reduces the noise effect and enhances the closure for carving area.
4:The only jade carving machinery applied more advanced linear rails on x-axis, which can sufficiently solve the resonance issue, reduces depletion and increases the life of the sliding parts for the machinery
5:Applied more advanced intelligent handle control system （details below). Four times auto-tool setting gauge increases system accuracy, the only jade carving machinery in China with additional time control system which enables frequent pause-restart operations.
6:Our product upgrades its principle axis to the same level with industrial modulus equipments, furthermore, it also increases its stability by adding two more sliding parts (overall 4 sliding parts).
7:Maximum engraving area upgrades to 400*300*90mm, bigger size for a wider view
8: For the convenience of zero-damage-moving , we install professional mini wheels
