Production proess:
Descriptions:
1) 1 person mini hot tub chair, restaurant chair. the fire-retardant fabric and foam are available. (CA117, CFR1663, UFAC, BS5852 etc standard.) Many different fabrics are optional.
2) Solid wood is used in the frame construction. All corners are blocked, nailed and glued for strength and durability.
3) Seats and backs use high density foam to give more comfort. The foam has good flexibility, and durability (non-deformation).
4) Exquisite craftsmanship and strict quality control. Kungsing only supplies the high quality furniture.
5) Export packing. Sofa is packed carefully to guarantee the goods to be perfect after the long time delivery.
6) Delivery time: depends on the quantity and our production schedule.
7) Chair can be made according to clients' requirements.
