SMT solder paste special common problems in the course of

This is the SMT soldering process a relatively common problem, especially when the user is using a new initial supplier product or production process is unstable, more likely to have such problems, through the use of customer cooperation, and through us a large number of experiments, we analyze the causes solder beads may have the following aspects:
1, PCB board preheat is insufficient when passing reflow;
2, reflow profile set unreasonable, the plate surface temperature and the temperature of the weld zone into the welding zone before a wide gap;
3, solder paste when removed from the freezer temperature fails to return fully;
4, paste open too long exposed to the air;
5, when the patch tin powder splashing in the PCB board surface;
6, printing or handling process, there is oil or water adhered to the PCB;
7, solder paste flux formulations unreasonable itself have non-volatile solvent or liquid additive or activator;
