Our carport series is characterized by its unique design and elegant, stylish outer appearance. Its high strength, high durability, anti-UV capability, and high temperature resistance make it excel among its counterparts in the industry. According to Japanese JST standard, the design of the carports has taken into consideration effective resistance to snow (max 20cm thick snow), strong wind resistance (max 42m/s wind)
Sun shield
The shield is made from polycarbonate materials of high impact resistance, with its strength measured about 200 times stronger than that of ordinary glass.
The raw material is imported from Germany and processed domestically.
Double side coextrusion process has been implemented to increase the ability of the shield to protect you and your car from the harm of ultraviolet radiation, blocking 98% UV rays.
The continued rise of temperature inside the car can be shielded by carport panels (under direct sunlight, the inside temperature can reach 60 degrees Celsius above, which can be effectively reduced to around 37 degrees Celsius after installation of the carports).
It also features excellent fire resistance. The sun shield can remain intact for more than 20 years under the temperature ranging from -30 to 60.
Downcomer
The downcomer is made from ABS engineering plastics with unique and user friendly design to prevent the rain water from falling directly to the ground and splashing about to soil you and your car. The pipework is also well structured to facilitate the cleaning process, making it easier to clear debris inside the pipe.
