After Loading Sealant Pack:
1,Piston Operated Cartridge Applicator
Remove the front cap.
Using the cartridge, push the plunger down the barrel until it will go no further.
Tightly replace the front cap.
2,Sachet Applicator
Ensure the desired nozzle is fitted to the front cap.
Using a new sachet, push the floating plunger down the barrel until it will go no further.
Cleanly cut off the end of the sachet or crimped clip where present.
Tightly replace the front cap.
3,Operation of the trigger:
By pulling the trigger, a cushion of compressed air builds up inside the applicator to initiate the flow of sealant. On releasing the trigger, the sealant flow ceases as the compressed air escapes rapidly by a silenced quick exhaust valve at the rear of the gun..
