1) Fabric:
- Main fabric is cotton twill. It is wfamous in this line. But for printing, acrylic is a good idea.
- 100% polyester fabric is the cheapest one. It's your best choice if you want promotional Diamante Design Promotional Snapback Baseball Caps & Hats .
- Any other fabric you like is available and we have a huge purchase ability of fabric to meet your requirements.
2)Size: generally, 48-54cm(6-6 3/4 inch) for child, 56-62cm(7-7 3/4 inch) for adult.
3) Color: Could make as pantone color. If you prefer to mix color, we also can print for you.
4) Design: Customized design is welcome for us. So 3d embroidery snapback hat and other style hats with your own design are ok. For example, custom embroidery, printed logo, patch logo.
5) Logo: 3D embroidery, flat embroidery, patch embroidery, print logo, plain and so on.
6) Back closure: velcro, metal buckle, snapback, leather strap, fitted, plastic buckle, flexfit and so on.
7) Brim Length and Peak Process:
There are different lengths of brim to choose. And we also can customize the length as your requirements.
Ordinary Peak, Binding Peak, Sandwich Peak and any other peak processes are availbale. Just tell us your demands.
8) Inside: with the sweatband and tape, can also with your own logo.
