Detailed Description of steel platform rack
- Create new space efficiency. Goods can be stored by pallets, stack racks or can be stacked directly on the ground floor.
- Posts are made by round pipes or square tubes
- The main& secondary beams are made by the “H" beams based on the load capacity.
- It could be designed into 2-3 layers according to actual situation, full space can be ensure.
- It's widely used in the areas of automobiles, mechanics, electronics, etc.

- High-density storage style, specially for loosening or small box goods
- Mezzanine can come true double level or triple level walkway for storage manually
- Medium-duty with loading capacity of 50-300kg/layer and heavy-duty with loading capacity of 300-1000kg/layer
- Working with hoisting machine, pallet jack, store manually for small or loosening goods

Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
A1:We are a factory for producing and exporting. Racking System.
Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A2:Our factory is located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China, close to Shanghai.
You can fly to Nanjing or Shanghai airport directly. warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available!
Q3:What is the raw material of your products?
A3:The raw material of steel is Q235. also available to special requirements.
Q4:Do you have any request about the order quantity?
A4:Any order quantity is accepted. But small order would take more shipping cost;
Q5:What is the term of payment?
A5:Generally, 30% T/T down payment and the balance before shipping, other terms could be further discussed;
Q6:How could you guarantee the products quality?
A6: With experienced workers and strict quality control and the goods will be check whether quality is approved before shipping.
Q7: How could I install the racks?
A7:Detail install drawing will be provided to teach you how to install the racks. If needed, we also could provide free engineer to teach you installation. But related cost( Flight, living and eating) should be in your charge.
Q8:How can I get your quick quotation on my racking project?
A8:As different clients and projects have different needs of racking dimensions and specification, as general, for quick quotation, we need to know following info,
1 Shelving and Racking Dimension: Length*Depth*Height
2 How many Layers?
3 Loading Capacity for each layers
4 Racking Quantity
5 If possible,please provide warehouse layout.
