A:For usual order, we set MOQ for each Item in the price list. For customized order, It depend on the design of product. It is negotiable.

7. Q:What payment terms you accept, and usually do?
A:We usually accept and do T/T payment, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance before loading or after goods inspection.
8. Q:If we want sample, how much do we need to pay?
A:For sample,we offer the sample by basic cost of making sample, excluding transport fee. However, we will return the sample fee when
buyer place mass order to factory.
9. Q:Do you provide after-sale service?
A:We will respond it within 24 hours while get the complaints. And we will track the production record and report to QC department as soon as possible.
