Product Introduction
Ruth high pressure two-rubber aluminum injection packers, HTA, gain its popularity in China market due to its cost-effectiveness, wide application field, high efficient, and fine environment adjustment. HTAs have two sizes in diameter, 10mm and 13mm; customizable length. HTA’s one-way nipple grease will activate with 10 Mpa. We suggest you to use HTA injection packers with our IEs injection machine.

Materials of Application
Hydrophilic Polyurethane (WPU) and Hydrophobic Polyurethane (OPU) foam stop leakage agent, Epoxy Resin.
Application Field
Subway Station, Tunnel, Culvert, Foundation Improvement, Soil Settlement, Reservoir, Port Project, Top Slab, Crack, Construction Join, Shrinkage Crack, Basement Hairline Crack, etc., water stop projects.
Notes during Applying
- 1. Stop injecting if injected materials does not emit from the cracks after 5 minutes of application. Check for cross-drilled buried pipeline or other unnoticed holes.
- 2. All application process should be closely watched. If the injection machine’s pressure remained high after releasing the valve on the connector, cracks and injection packers should be checked.
Transportation / Packing
Transportation by Air: Arrival within 2-7 days upon receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
Transportation by Ship: Delivery within 2-5 days upon receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
Packing Detail: 40 cartons per pallet (1*1 M)
