1 Scope
RTHZ72F type bogie adopts new structure side frame to improve the operating condition and efficiency. It
is applicable for freight car with 1000mm gauge, 20t axle load and 80km/h max running speed.
2 Main structure
RTHZ72F type bogie is casting steel three pieces bogie. It mainly consists of bolster assembly, side frame
assembly, wheel set, bearing assembly, bolster suspension and damping device, basic brake device, adapter,
rigid side bearing, center plate wear plate, top center plate, etc. Figure 1 shows the 3D diagram of the bogie.
Figure 2 shows the proposal drawing of bogie.
