Product feature:
3D measurement technology— which based on car body, more precision and stable. Camera measurement system—using two camera and work together with four target disks,which is a revolutionary measurement method.Target disk—there isn't electronic components inner and instead of traditional electronic sensor.It can more efficiently to eliminate the equipment error which caused by circuit.Calibration- Only need once RCP calibration after installation,process simple and repeated calibration is unnecessary. Software system— Simple operation,measurement can be finished in 2 minutes.
Advantage:
Wireless, no electronic sensor and components, can avoid some questions caused by sensor error. Measurement precision is not affected by the unbalance of vehicle and car lift. Wheel and rim compensation is unnecessary for measurement process. The advantage incrase the accuracy and reliability of measurement,improve the working efficiency.
Feature:
1. Chinese Windows OS, operation process can be easily guided by "Next step" instruction.
2. Exceed 20,000 database around the world and with a lifetime update service.
3. Repeat measurement accuracy is ±0.03,which be a world's leading level.
4. Measurement Angle: Toe, Camber, Caster, S.A.I, thrust angle, Setback angle, Max turning angle, Wheel tread, Wheel base,Wheel rolling redius.
5. Android cell phone and laptop are supported to show the vehicle measurement data, more convenient for operator.
6. Humanized software design, animation video can be used to help technician more quickly complete the operation.
7. Ultra-low chassis and refit vehicle—Volks Wagen and Audi, XLWB and with ESP function vehicle are also can be measured.
8. Secondary jack-up function, which can be used to more conveniently help technician adjust Camber.
Standard configuration:
1. Options: Application software could be installed in the Table PC with Android system. Clients can long-distance operate the wheel alignment measurement through Bluetooth.
2. Apply high strength plastic target, which is lighter, thinner and stronger.
3. Fast installation, suitable for all rims between 12”-23” . Double chuck, which can install both on iron and aluminum wheel hub.
4. 5 million high definition camera: it can also assure accurate alignment measurement when target
plates get smaller.Intelligent LED navigation system: the operator doesn’t need to check the screen for the instruction of intelligent LED navigation system and can easily complete wheel alignment operation.
Software feature:
1. Pushing measurement: Backward pushing mode, most of the data can be test out once.
2. Original vehicle database: Owning more than 20,000 original vehicle databases from different region around the world.
3. Body size measurement: Detect the vehicle chassis wheelbase, wheel track date, etc., can help customers to understand the real condition of the vehicle chassis.
4. Measurement results display: Can switch to different interface according to customers’ requirements.
5. Jack-up adjustment function: It is convenient for operator to jack up vehicles and adjust camber.
6. Wheel rolling radius measurement: To help operator accurately judge the status of tire pressure and tire wear.
7. Unique calibration function: Can detection and correction the Out-of-round phenomenon during the target disk and clamp in use.
8. 3D animation Auxiliary adjustment function: Simple 3D video demo are available to help
the operator to adjust the wheel.
9. Measurement data storage and print: It's convenient for user to tidy the report of four wheel alignment testing and inquire of history record.

(3) Do we need to calibrate for the machine?
-The machine only need one calibration and it finished calibration before leaving the factory, because no
periodic calibration
needed, you don’t need to calibrate again.
