CO2 INCUBATOR STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS
Two optional structure are adopted, namely water jacket structure and air jacket structure. Operation room is made
of endurable stainless steel and equipped with fan so that compulsive air convection is to be created in its internal air passage, which enhances its indoor temperature uniformity and balance of CO2density.
When door opens, fan stops and heating also automatically ceases. (Model WJ-3, inlet valve CO2 shuts down also immediately) in order to reduce the degree of pollution created by air admission.
Incubator temperature is controlled by a microchip processor with PID algorithm for its high precision and anti-interference capability. Furthermore, internal air temperature, water temperature and door temperature are controlled by adopting three separate probes,
which maintains high temperature and precision and minimizes its vibration and or fluctuation. (air jacket is equipped with two probes for the purpose of controlling door temperature and main body temperature.)
Touchingbutton switch, easily and flexibly handled, adopts LED digital display with all fixed parameter for all relevant working states. Multi-protective functions such as overheating, water shortage and air supply cut etc ensure the safety of operation.
Eliminate pollution by adopting non-bacterial air filtering plant and ultraviolet bacteria killing
Maintain sound humidity in operation room by adopting the way of natural evaporation.
BIOBASE CO2 Incubator adopts gilded infrared-wave probe in the detection of CO2 in order to ensure accuracy of data, the sensor life expectancy up to 15 years, work any set the of CO2 concentration in the indoor range> 0 to 20%, configure a super-concentrations, diffuse and alarm levels rise too truncated unaspirated.
