1. Main function

4.1 Host machine

b. Tensile, compression and three point bending grip for each one.
c. Full digital AC servo motor and driver
d. Precision lead screw and reducer, stable and low noise.
4.2 Measuring and control system
a. Auto zero: the master control system once receives the test start order, auto zero.
b. Auto gear shift: auto gear shift according to actual load.
c. Auto test: when setting finished, auto test.
d. Batch test: it supports batch test for same specification specimen
e. Auto print: when test finished, auto print test result.
f. Real time display: load force and curve could real time displayed
g. Limit protect: dual protection: program control and mechanical
h. Over load protection: when load over max. load capacity of 2%-10%, auto stop.
i. Emergency stop: emergency stop button is available.
