*Installation and debugging: We will send professional engineer to make installation and debugging, Buyer pay our engineer each one 50 USD/day, and provide accommodation, food and the round-trip ticket fee.

* Installation Days: about 5-7 days

2) Payment:50% T/T prepaid, and pay the balance before shipping.

3) Delivery time: 30 working days.

4) Guarantee period: 12 months limited warranty starting from date of delivery. Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty period have to be borne by the customer.

5) Spare parts: bearings, buttons, chains, magnetic valve, protective tube etc.

6) Installation and training:

1.If buyers visit our factory and check the machine, we will teach you how   to   install and   use   the machine, and also train your workers/technician face to face.

2.Without visiting, we will send you user manual and CD to teach you to install and operate.

3. COST OF INSTALLATION:

The buyer should pay the installation charges (USD 80 one man one day). To the seller’s appointed account by T/T before the seller’s technicians go to the buyer’s factory. The buyer pays the seller’s technicians travel cost outside China, including round air tickets fee, accommodation and food, provide transportation from living hotel to the work place, necessary communication, and insurance, etc.

Service Promise:

A. We will arrange engineers to supervise installation and make adjustment for the equipment; Buyer should pay $50 for each engineer every day. The buyer should be responsible for transportation (including round-trip ticket), insurance, accommodation.

B. Guarantee period:

1. The warranty will be maintenance, maintain in the guarantee period of one year starting from delivery. Because of the quality of equipment during guarantee period, we will provide the parts free of charges, which is in the conditions of correct operation. (Natural disasters or factors which can’t forced by human are excluded).

2. If the equipment are out of work in the guarantee period, the buyer needs our repairman to come to buyer’s factory, the buyer should be responsible for the tickets(including round-trip ticket), the fee of transportation to the buyer’s factory and the fee of accommodation. Required to change spare parts, the buyer should afford the freight fee and we don’t ask extra fee.

D. Training

During installation and adjustment of the equipment, our engineers shall provide the training to buyer’s personnel to operate and maintain the equipment. Additional trading can be provided on request.

2. Electrical wire, mechanical tubes, water tubes between machines;

3. Lubricating oil, recirculation oil, gear box oil, recirculation cooling water;

4. Safety equipments and non-standard safety items;

5. Testing material;

6. Engineering service required at the buyer’s site.
