Q: What is the minimum quantity of one order ?
A: Our minimum quantity is around 500PCS, which is one of the lowest in the industry of plush toys.
Q: What is your payment term ?
A: 1) 30% T/T deposit when P/O placed and samples approved, and 70% balance paid before shipment.
2) For big order, we can negotiate the payment term.
Q: What is your sampling and mass production lead time ?
A: Sampling time: 5-7 days
Production time: Generally, it should be 35-40 days.
Q: How long is the delivery time ?
A: Shipping time by vessel 2 to 4 weeks according to different destination port
Shipping time by air 5 to 10 days
Q: What is the Standard Packaging ?
A: Each plush toy will be packed in a individual poly bag, then into the carton.
The carton size is depend on customers’ requests, or based on the most reasonable size.
Q: How can I get the samples ?
A: For new customer, we'll request sample fee USD100 per design. When order quantity over 5000 pcs, the fee will be refunded.
For long term clients, we can provide free sample for you according to the complexity of the product.
