Product Structure
There are 3 layers in this TPU waterproof fabric.
The first layer is triple PU coated. It’s waterproof and weldable.
The middle one is basic fabric. It’s 600d polyester oxford fabric with good tearing strength and tensile strength.
The bottom layer is TPU Film. It makes the fabric to be completely waterproof and airtight. The soft and elastic TPU layer could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.
Application
This TPU waterproof fabric could be widely used in waterproof bags, outdoor backpack, map case,Ipad case,Phone case,water bucket, water bladder, dry bags, storage bag, tent, airbag… etc.
The first application of TPU is as an environmental friendly replacement of PVC, so this TPU waterproof fabric could be used in anywhere is using PVC fabric.

Production Process
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
