Product Structure
There are 3 layers in this tarpaulin.
The first and bottom layers are Nylon spandex fabric . They are soft, elastic and high tearing strength.
The middle layer is TPU film. it's waterproof and airtight. The elastic and soft TPU layers could increase the tearing and tensile strength of the fabric.
Application
This TPU inflatable inflatable fabric could be widely used armband bag for mobile phone, phone case, outdoor bag
The first application of TPU is as an environmental friendly replacement of PVC, so this TPU waterproof fabric could be used in anywhere is using PVC fabric.

Production Process
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
