1.The head stock adopts the active folding way of building drum, and when the drum expand or fold,it’ll flexibly, safety,reliably,efficiently, and no impact.
2.It adopts the steel finger ply turn down,automatic steel head and bladder turn up device,the bead position is more accurate,the cord turn up&down looks better.
3.The building drum adopts folded structure of 8 tiles differential rotation,then there is a large proportion between expansion and contraction,a high precision of building ,a reliable work,and a convenient loading and unloading.
4.The stitcher device pressing by a gasbag,the under stitcher and the back stitcher combine as one,then the machine looks conpact,and the tire building rolling uniform,deflate exhaust,laminate closely.
5.The server device have 4 layers (one is inner liner,the others are body ply),feeding by server cart,conveying by belt which have the same line speed as the drum,the belt server ensures the no-strech&no-deformation of the belt during the application,then there is on streching or distortion.There is a Quick-change fixture and a letoff roll in the cart to installation cord volume.In addition,a displacement sensing device and tire combiner in the letoff drive device realized quick position and combine between the cart and the letoff drive,improve the productivity.
Back stitcher is a 3D type stitcher,so this results in a dense& uniform switching effect,an absolute exhaust,and a smooth camber of B&T package.The radial&axial displacements ,and the rotation of the back stitcher are driven by SEW slow frequency conversion motor.Morever,the displacement is control led by their own encodes in this three directions.So our back stitcher could meet various needs for stitching&building the green tires provided with different technologies and structures.
6.About line laser unit,following each belt building step,we can realize the automatic pitch-adjusting of laser beam with a reliable,visual&clear beam.
7.All main driving adopts the synchronous tooth belt driving machanism,and this ensures a right driving accuracy.
8.All main purching parts adopt the products with various international famous brands and with the exactly high quality.
9.The control system adopts a safety SIEMENS PLC which ensures both reliability and security for our system.
