Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are manufacturer specailized in cosmetic pancking for several years, we have our own technician.
Q: How soon can I get a price quote?
A: Due to we are a China manufacturer, and the time differences, we’ll provide you with a price quote as soon as we see your ask imformation.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, a free sample is avaliable, we can send immediately. As for shipping charge, if you are a new customer for our company, only provide us fedex, dhl or tnt or ups account number for freight collect. If you are old costomer, we can pay the express fee. The sample is without special decoration or printing.
Q: Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
A: Due to we are a manufacturer, and the limitation of the mould, we can try our best to meet the customer’s demand. But it depend on quantity of your order.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Usually our minium order quantity is 10,000 pcs. But we can accept the order a little lower than 10,000 pcs, but the price will be higher and it will slow the delivery time.
Q: Do you have a price catalog?
A: Well, due to we are a factory, we’ll meet the costumer’s requirement of what size and different artwork or decoration. So there is no accurate price.
Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We have a professional team for quality control, and professional quality control machine.
Q: How can I trust ordering from you?

Q: What’s your payment term?
A: 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before delivery. 30% T/T deposit, the balance L/C. 100% T/T in advance.
