With kevlar filament as raw material, then cut into curly, linear density of 1.5D ~ 2.0D, a length of 38mm, 51mm, 69mm and other specifications. Products with high strength and high modulus, high temperature resistance, flame resistance and good cut and excellent performance for high-temperature non-woven fabrics, yarn, core yarn and anti-cutting and other fields.
kevlar Features
Mechanical properties of high strength and high modulus of: a strong hydrogen bonding force strength up to 28 g / D or more, than the strength of the wire 5-6 times higher than the modulus of 2 to 3 times the wire or glass fiber toughness 2 times the wire, and the wire's weight is only about 1/5.
High temperature resistance: Continuous use temperature range is extremely wide, long-term operation in the range of -196 °C to 204 °C. Does not decompose at a high temperature of 500 °C, does not melt, through 100 hours at 200 °C, can maintain 75% of the original strength.
Good chemical solvent properties: acid, anti-aging, have a good adhesion to rubber.
