1. Why choose ONWAY?

We are a professional E-bike manufacturer with experienced engineering team in design & testing. Each bike is inspected and tested by our technicians before packaging. We mainly exported to European market with EN15194 certificates, high quality guaranteed, we have sales agent in Germany and main components (motor, battery) manufacturer have offices in Netherlands to provide customers with better and quicker service.

2. ONWAY E-bike Warranty

Frame: 36 months

Motor System: 24 months (motor and controller)

Lithium Battery & Battery Charger: 24 months

Components: 12 months (excluding tyres, brake pads, grips, chains and cables)

For any Warranty Claim, please contact ONWAY directly for any questions or concerns regarding the warranty.

3. Where is your factory?

ONWAY is based in Jiaxing City between Shanghai and Hangzhou in east coast of China, with convenient transportation, 1 hour from both big cities by car, half an hour by High Speed Train, and also close to Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port.

4. Payment Terms and Lead Time?

30% advance payment, balance payment to be paid against copy of B/L. We will arrange production after order and deposit confirmed. According to customer order quantity, normally lead time is 30-45 days.

5. Can I place a sample order?

Yes, sample order is ok for quality test, customer is supposed to pay the sample cost and delivery freight.

6. Can I get your catalogue and price list?

Catalogue is available upon request. Please list your interested model numbers, specify your order quantity, color, and more detailed requirements, then we will send you quotation with detailed information by e-mail.

7. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Normally 50 sets each model, which possibly fits a 20” container. FCL. Different model with different MOQ, so please contact with us before you send us your PO.
