Operational Principle
Pressure sensor spreads over a Wheatstone bridge on the silicon chip, measured medium (gas or liquid) pressure to make changes in the bridge wall (piezoresistive effect), producing a differential voltage signal. This signal via a dedicated amplifier, transform the range corresponding to the signal into a standard analog or digital signals.
