Q1.Why your lower grade Matcha is not so dark green?
The shadowing time is not as long as the high quality organic Matcha to lower down the price. But our high grade organic Matcha is very dark green with seaweed taste.
Q2.How can you ensure that radiation has not affected the Matcha?
Our Matcha is from Zhejiang province in the high mountain, which is super, super far away from Japan. Clients should be careful about the Japanese tea radiation, but not Chinese tea.
Q3.What is the difference of cooking grade & ceremony grade Matcha?
Cooking grade and ceremony grade, brew two different quality quite a lot.
Both grade’s differences are in terms of its color, aroma , taste & bubble lasting time.
Q4.Are you familiar with Amazon FBA inbound shipping requirements?
Yes, we have helped some clients to pack, ship to USA/UK AMAZON directly ; and we are familiar with whole procedures . So you don’t need to worry about it.
Q5.Is the tea grown in a shaded area? Machine harvested or by hand?
Yes, about two weeks before harvest, it is shade grown and harvested when leaves are young.
Machine harvested; as far as we know, barely hand picked for Matcha in China and Japan.
Q6.How regularly do you check for heavy metal toxicity content?
We help clients do heavy metal test when order is over 350kg/order; pesticide test for each big batch in the factory. We also can help do the test for you if order over 350kg/order
Q7.What certification do you have (USDA Organic certified, and GMO-free, cGMP, FDA, Gluten Free, Halal, Kosher ) ?
All of our Matcha are organic-certified by CERES in Germany; so it is USDA/EU Organic certified.
