Principle:
Adopt semiconductor laser with wave-length 808nm diode pump ND: YAG as medium. The medium produces a lot of reverse particles to discharge laser;
The wave-length is 1064mm with strong pulse under the function of Q-switch so the efficiency of the electron-light transformation is high;
Under the control of the computer the resonance mirror can change the path of the laser beam to accomplish automatic marking.
Main Features:
Laser cavity adopt good performance semiconductor laser machine, power is steady, useful time can reach to 10,000times;
The reasonable design of Laser resonator makes the output light in good quality and the mark in high precision
The three dimensional workbench of X, Y, Z, can satisfy the precision positioning requirement.
Equipped with high-precision water cooling system, can guarantee the machine work in steady for a long time.
Software support Windows operating system, and comprises files output by software such as CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, ect.. It also support graphic file formats such as PLT,PCX,DXF,BMP etc, the machine can print automatic code, serial number, batch number, date, bar code and two-dimensional code.
