C-Frame Steel
Worktops shall be supported by heavy duty steel frame work. Frame work shall be made of appropriate sections as given below made of cold rolled mild steel of thickness 1.5mm minimum which shall be sandblasted and Epoxy powder coated. Framework shall be designed for safe loading of worktops of up to 200 kilogram per square meter and to keep service space between wall and under bench units. Frames shall be connected to each other by means of a front runner of at least 2mm thick size 60x40mm. Frame shall be of rectangular box with a wall thickness of 3mm and at least of following dimensions.

Vertical member of minimum 60x40mm

Horizontal top member 60x40mm

Horizontal bottom member 60x40mm

Other frame sizes will be subject to approval.

All frame work shall be sand blasted, primed and Epoxy powder coated in required color to a thickness of 120-180 microns and hardened at 260 degree Celsius. Each cantilever leg shall have adjustable threaded foot of non abrasive material such as tough plastic, nylon etc.

Frame work shall be available in two heights, 750mm for sitting height and 900mm for standing height. Vertical member framework shall be with CNC punched slots for shelves/hanging cabinets. The total framework except for front and back shall be in one piece.
Cabinet
1) Cabinet are made of 1.0mm galvanized steel coated with epoxy resin powder.
2) Cabinets include adjustable corrosion resistant feet which provide support and acts as a vibration damper.
Handles
Integrated with door and drawer/304 Stainless Steel/Plastic
Reagent Shelf
1) The shelves are made of 1.2mm galvanized steel coated with epoxy resin powder.
2) layers are made of 12mm thickness tempered glass or 1.2mm galvanized steel coated with epoxy resin powder, can be adjustable according to different requirement
Faucet
Brass body with ceramic valve core coated with epoxy resin powder.
Sink
PP sink;ceramic sink; epoxy resin sink.
Socket
Electric sockets, electric circuit breakers and the telephone and computer outlets are located on this electrical trunking made of PVC and anchored to the shelf vertical supports
Drip cups
Drip cups can be made in different shapes and material depending on their location and task.
