3. WORKING PRINCIPLE
For tradtional stainless, carbon steel , or metallic spray booth, in the processing of powder coating, the overspraying powder particles are easily stick onto the surface of the sidewall of spray booth caused the powder particles are with the electrostatic charges when the particles go out from the powder spray gun, Just because of this problem, it will be hard to clean the spray booth and require longer time to clean the spray booth when you want to change the colors, the slowly color-changing can't fastly take good use of the recycling powder and also add the production cost;
Regarding to the anti-static plastic spray booth ( PVC) ,because the insulation property of this engineering plastic, the electrostatic charges sticked powder particles are not so easliy to stick onto the side wall of spray booth, so it greatly brings the convenience to clean the powder;
