2. WORKING PRINCIPLE
Flocking is defined as the application of fine particles to adhesive coated surfaces. Nowadays, this is usually done by the application of a high-voltage electric field. In a flocking machine the "flock" is given a negative charge whilst the substrate is earthed. Flock material flies vertically onto the substrate attaching to previously applied glue.
A number of different substrates can be flocked including: textiles, fabric, woven fabric, paper, PVC, sponge, toys, automotive plastic.
3. HOW TO WORK IT
Step 01: The grounding line must be connected with metal rack or clean ground.
Step 02: Put flock into the box.
Step 03: Turn on the voltage(kv) and current(uA) to the highest. Then turn on the power switch.
Step 04: Press on the flocking gun's red bottom. Flocking the workpiece surface.
Only four steps, east to control and operate this manual flocking machine.
