♦ Brief Introduction
CO2 laser is a kind of gas laser, its wavelength is 10.64 µ m, belong to the infrared frequency CO2
laser, there is big power and high electro-optical conversion rate. CO2 laser with the CO2 gas as
working substance, CO2 and other auxiliary other filling the discharge tube, when the electrode with
high pressure, discharge pipe produce glow discharge, can make the gas molecular release laser,
laser energy will release after amplification, laser processing.
