ZLYJ Serials introduction:
ZLYJ reducer is a kind of high-precision rigid gear assembly with thrust block specially designed for the plastic/rubber screw extruder. According to the standard of JB/T8853-2001, The plastic extruding reducer is derivatire product. It has original features and also can support large axial thrust. It's specially suitable for screw driving force of plastic extruding machine. The product adopt the high-strength low-carbon alloy steel for gears and shafts, with tooth flank carbureted, quenched and ground, to meet the gear mounted at the front end of the hollow output shaft to bear theaxial thrust from the screw during working.
Characteristics:
1. The high-strength low-carbon alloy steel for gears and shafts, with tooth flank carbureted, quenched and ground, to meet the gear precision Class 6, GB 10095-88 and hardness of tooth flank HRC54-62.
2. A huge thrust bearing is mounted at the front end of the hollow output shaft to bear the axial thrust from the screw during working.
3. The complete machine is featured with compact structure, high beaing capacity, stable transmisssion, low noise, high efficiency, etc.
