T type three way ball valve
T type three way ball valve could make three orthogonal pipe mutual link together and cut off the third passage, realize the shunt and confluence.
Product Features:
The three way ball valve adopts integration structure, four face valve seat sealing type, less flanged connecting, high reliable, and lightweight of the design.
The three ball cone have T type and L type, It has long service life, big flow capacity, small resistance.
Ball valve has two types of single-action, double-acting. The characteristic of single-action is When the power source fails, ball valve in the control system requirements for State.
Technical requirement:
1.Design standard: API6D & ASME B16.34;
2.The structure length need according to customer’s request;
3.Flange connect standard: ASMEB16.5;
4.Test and inspections: API598;
5.Pressure and temperature grade: ANSI B 16.34;
6. Appearance quality grade: MSS-SP-55;
7.Sign: MSS-SP-25;
8.Clean the ponding after testing, rub-up the lumen, Apply antirust oil, and the size with cap to cover three end, to prevent the Spoils things.
Performance specification:
1. Nominal pressure: 300LB;
2. Shell Test pressure: 7.5 Mpa;
3. High pressure sea test: 5.5 Mpa;
4. Hermetic seal test, 0.6MPA;
5. Suitable medium: Water ,Non-acid gas, oil etc;
6. Temperature: -29~ 150℃;
7. Design torque: ≤3100NM
