Double wall corrugated pipe material is PVC,UPVC, inner layer smooth, outer layer trapezoidal corrugated-size, hollow wall between inner layer and outer layer. The interior smooth wall of the pipe insures with great efficiency the main role of the pipe, of transporting fluids, employing the distinctive features of the high density polyethylene based compound, from which it is made: low friction coefficient, very good abrasion resistance, remarkable chemical resistance, very good impact resistance even at low temperatures, durability,This plastic pipe is used in drainage of house and building, agriculture irrigation, municipal drainage pipe system and so on.

There are two type of corrugation forming unit, vertical (forming mould block up-down open& close) and horizontal (forming mould block left-right open& close), each of them has its own advantage and disadvantage. We analyze the two types completely and acquire the best proposal which type suitable to which pipe diameter. So we are the unique maker who masters the two produce technologies in China.
