Double wall corrugated pipe material is UPVC,PVC or HDPE. In addition to general plastic pipe has good corrosion resistance, high insulation, inner wall smooth, small flow resistance and other characteristics, it is light and easy to transportation compared to the other pipes and also low cost. double wall corrugated pipe (ODΦ160mm-Φ500mm) adopts special hollowness structure, and the pipe has excellent ring stiffness and good strength and toughness, and light weight, impact resistance, and not easily damaged and so on. Double wall corrugated pipe are widely used in many areas such as municipal projects, residential quarter’s underground rain water and sewage drainage and so on.

This UPVC Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line is the latest study achievement in the plastic extruding area. The whole extrusion line is suitable for the high speed extrusion of UPVC material. The complete line is adopted human-machine interface control system. It makes high automatical degree, stable production and great output become true. We adopt two efficiency single screw extruders with high extrusion capacity in this line. There are special designed co-extrusion moulds made by alloy steel for making huge diameter UPVC corrugated pipe. Double spiral design with excelent quality alloy steel of the moulds can meet all of the production requirements.
This plastic corrguated pipe machine is made of vibration sieve, high speed mixer machine and cooling machine, material feeder conical double screw plastic extruder,(single screw extruder) handpiece, double-wall accordion pipe shaper, plastic pipe-expanding machine, pilling bin, water chilling unit, air compressing machine. It can be used to produce PVC, PE plastic double-wall accordion pipe and plastic single-wall accordion pipes.
