Hotmelt Glue for Different Kinds of Tapes
IT is a pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive designed for adhesive tapes and other self-adhesion products.
With balanced performance in tack, holding power and peel strength, it can
bond many kinds of substrates such as plastics, paper, metal and so on.
Composition: Thermoplastic rubber and synthetic resins
Toxicity: None
Gardener Color: Light Yellow
Brookfield viscosity:
175°C-----------------------6300 Cps
Ring and Ball softening point: 85 ºC~95 ºC
Rolling ball tack: > 8#
Holding power (1000 g, 1 inch2, 23ºC): >10Hr.
180°peel strength to steel: > 18 N/inch
Foreign materials: Invisible by naked eyes
Recommended application temperature: 150~180 ºC
Shelf Life: 1Year in dry and cool environment
