IT is a pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive designed for Non Woven Medical Tapes and other medical self-adhesion products with balanced performance in tack, holding power and peel strength.
Composition: Thermoplastic rubber and synthetic resins
Toxicity: None
Gardener Color: white
Brookfield viscosity: 175°C-----------------------3500 Cps
Ring and Ball softening point: 90 ºC~100 ºC
Rolling ball tack: > 12#
Holding power (1000 g, 1 inch2, 23ºC): >12Hr.
180°peel strength to steel: > 18 N/inch
Application methods: slot or roller
Recommended application temperature: 150~180 ºC
Shelf Life: 1Year in dry and cool environment
