This type  pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive designed for foam tape used to refrigerators. With balanced performance in tack, holding power and peel strength, it can bond many kinds of substrates such as plastics, paper, metal, cloth and so on.

Qualification:(room temperature 23±2°C; Test of coated:24±2 g/m2)

175°C 4500 Cps

 

Ring and Ball softening point: 100ºC

Rolling ball tack: more than or equal to 20#

Holding power: more than or equal to 20Hr.

180°peel strength to steel: more than 20N/inch

Recommended application temperature: 140~170 ºC

Shelf Life: 1Year in dry and cool environment                  

Packaging: 25 Kgs /carton, cakes wrapped with release paper
