Construction adhesive for pet mat

 

This style hot melt adhesive is designed not only for construction application for pet mat.  With good heat-stability 

and low viscosity, it can be applied smoothly and provide proper and consistent peel to 

undergarment. Meanwhile,its transfer-resistance and aging-resistance are also well controlled. 

 

Composition:      Synthetic Resins          

Toxicity:            None

Gardener Color:  3~4

Brookfield viscosity:   

                      175°C ------------1100 Cps (as reference)

Ring and Ball softening point:  80 ºC

Holding power: more than 24 hours

Peel strengh : >15Ninch

Foreign materials: Invisible by naked eyes

Recommended application temperature: 110~150 ºC

Shelf Life: 1 Year in dry and cool environment                 

Packaging: 20Kgs /carton, cakes wrapped with specially-designed meltable film
