This style pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive designed for PET bottle labels. With balanced performance in tack, holding power and peel strength, it can bond many kinds of substrates such as plastics, paper, and metal and so on.

 

Composition:      Thermoplastic rubber and synthetic resins

Gardener Color:  Transparent

Brookfield viscosity:   

125°C  1500 Cps
150°C 1200 Cps
175°C 550 Cps

                   

Ring and Ball softening point:  73 ºC 

Rolling ball tack:  more than or equal to21 #

Holding power (1000 g, 1 inch2, 23ºC):  more than or equal to 3Hr.

180°peel strength to steel: more than  22 N/inch

Foreign materials: Invisible by naked eyes 

Recommended application temperature: 100~130 ºC

Shelf Life: 1Year in dry and cool environment 

Packaging: 25 Kgs /box, cakes wrapped with release paper
