Q:Are you a factory or trading company? 

A: We are a factory since 1996.

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 

A:Our factory is located in Meizhou City. With Meixian airport, you can fly from a lot of cities. The other nearby cities are Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Jieyang. Bus to HongKong is also an option.

3.Q:What is the material of your products?
A: The material is Steel A3, sainless steel etc. Customers can use their ominated materials also.

4.Q: What is the warranty time of your products?            

A: The warranty time is 12months from the date of the commissioning, or 18months from the factory delivery, the first shall prevail.  All quick-wear spare parts will be provided for free within the warranty period. After the warranty, we also can ensure that you can buy any necessary spare parts with favorable price within 5 years.
