R:The free warranty is one year from the day of Commissioning qualified.
Q.How long is the validity of quotation?
R:Generally,our price is valid within one month from the date of quotation .The price will be adjusted appropriately according to the price fluctuation of raw material and changes in market .
Q.Do you have the CE certificate ?
R:Yes, most of our products have the CE certificate.  

Q: How about payment term?
R: We accept TT, LC, Cash and Western Union. 30% deposit+balance against BL copy. But for little quantity order, we only accept 100%TT before shipping.

R: For sample, delivery by express (DHL, Fedex), the battery must be taken out, with battery is forbidden for air delivering. But it is no problem for using scale in customer's side.
