TUNGSTEN HEATING COILS
Tungsten heater element features high melting point and high corrosion resistance. Maily applied for aluminizing kinescope, chromoscope, mirrors, plastics and heater elements for decoration articles.
Stranded rungsten wire is applied for making heater elements and other heater components in semiconductor and vacuum devices.
SHAPES
The different sorts of tungsten heater elements have different stranded forms. The stranded form of TW is single tungsten wire stranded, besides, JW is stranded by several same diameter tungsten wires equally. The stranded form of JWL is that several same diameter tungsten wires stranded equally with aluminum mandrel. There is another sort, JWW, which is used by several same diameter tungsten wires with tungsten mandrel standed equally.
The products can be supplied in accordance with customers' drawings.
