Decription
The body and head are die-casted by the aluminum alloy. After the surface treatment, the valve has a good performance of anti-corrosion. The diaphragm and gasket are vulcanized and composed by the new process. The solenoid leading conductor is composed of high efficient magnetic material and anti-magnet stainless steel. Spring and fixing parts are both stainless steel. The tube for air head and blowing tube of bag filter are inserted into the inlet and outlet of the valve. Then the nuts at both ends are screwed down for the sealing purpose.
Features
1.Provide 3 types (outlet diameter 20, 25, 40S) of valves that satisfies the pulse bag filters requiring different air volume.
2.Precision die-casing body and head, with transparent paint coated surface, strengthen the anti-corrosion capability.
3.The gasket on the diaphragm is composed of metal and rubber. It is rigid and will not leak.
4.Solenoid leading header has powerful suction and rapid action.
5.Good performance in turning on: the valve is able to work properly under the condition of 85% 6.Good performance in turning off: the valve will be turned off safely when the pressure is just 0.15Mpa.
7.The products of the same models can share the spare parts with each other.
8.Our valve is reliability and trustable. The life for the diaphragm is up to over one million times or not less 3 years.
