JNC waste oil motor oil disposal machine
1,overview
This machine can be used in black engine oil,Crude oil and plastic oil, etc, by distilled catalyst to get gasoline and diesel oil. The waste oil pump into the distillation, through the coal (or fuel oil) heating to working temperature, the maximum working temperature is the 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then this machine can be used again.
2,Systems of equipment
l Reaction tank: waste oil will be pumped into this tank from the primary filter.
l Heating system: by burning coal or fuel oil to make the oil temperature up to setting value. This system equips with insulation system.
l Catalytic system: waste oil reaches the predetermined temperature, via catalytic effect, and then the gaseous hydrocarbons will become gasoline and diesel composition.
l Cooling system: gasoline and diesel after catalytic effect can be condensed into liquid materials.
l Temperature control system: ensure that waste oil transform into gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil, waste oil drying by distillation, can stop heating timely.
l Exhaust gas handling system: a small amount of not liquefied gas via treated, can meet emission standards.
3,Index of oil after treatment:
diesel oil : 86-88%, gasoline oil: 5-6%, Oil residue: 6-8%.

5,Product advantage:
1), the working principle: the used oil directly in under the action of catalyst distillation get standard diesel;
2), the diesel filter plate and frame provided with machine can, do not need to add acid, alkaline, and clay refining;
3), the catalyst processing waste engine oil per ton cost only USD10;
4), used direct fuel oil or gas heating, convenient, economic, healthy, noiseless, environment friendly;
5),it needs 20 kilos fuel
(Or about 26 cubic natural gas) and 17 degrees electric when we treat one ton waste oil
6),is introduced in this paper, the diesel yield is as high as 86-88%, another 5-6%, gasoline residue of 6-8%;
7), our way of heating is heating sealed mixing, not easy to form scale, reduce later consumables and maintenance costs;
8), currently in the market, the distillation is based on the coil heating. This kind of heating mode can make it easy to scale. What's more, it needs high temperature to heat the circulating pump which is expensive, easily breakable and it will cost more in the later period.
