1 Pretreatment system:Waste oil will be pumped into the distillation kettle after pretreatment
2 Distillation system: heat the oil to its working temperature. (The kettle equipped with stirring system and thermal insulation system as well.)
3 Cooling system: the gaseous hydrocarbon will be cooled into liquid base oil, Gasoline and diesel.
4 Storage system: before getting pumped into the storage tank, the liquid base oil, gasoline and diesel will stay in here.
5 Vacuum system: to meet the technology requirement.
6 Filtration system: quickly filter out the mechanical impurities to get the high quality base oil, gasoline and diesel.

Do not need special high temperature resistant oil pump,which is very expensive and easily breakable. To keep it continuously working, you have to replace this pump frequently. Do not need molten salt furnaces to heat, due to its extremely high temperature, which is not safe. Also the electric heating method can’t meet the technical requirements, there’s no successful cases in the world using it that way.
